Service

With a dedicated account manager and a team of specialist recruiters we work as an extension of your team and assign the best person for the search. We have a robust process that we combine with our existing candidate networks enabling us to deliver reliable results every time.

With a complete overview of all your hiring and centralised team communication the platform makes it quicker and easier to review candidates, schedule interviews and leave feedback. Our Process

1. Search Brief

We start by taking a thorough search brief to understand the company, team and role. This allows us the tell the story of your organisation and engage candidates in a meaningful way to ensure we find the right people for your business.

This includes understanding the company mission, the team & people the new hire will work with, as well as the role and how this fits into the bigger picture of the company.

We also take a detailed description of who the ideal candidate is including background, experience and ambitions.

2. Market Mapping

We compare the Ideal Candidate profile against everyone in our existing database/network. We also complete a thorough search process we call Market Mapping.

We overlay the Ideal Candidate profile onto to all of the potential companies/places that might have the right people. From this we create a target list of all potential candidates that we then reach out to. Learn more.

3. Consultant Interviews

Once we have compiled the target list of candidates we begin the process of reaching out. This involves multiple points of contact across multiple channels until we get a response or fill the role.

We go through an exploratory call with all candidates that express interest. We start by telling the story of our client and the opportunity on offer. We also have a discussion about their experience and how it compares to the criteria for the role.

We then write up profiles/interview notes on the best candidates and submit to the client for review.

4. Client Interviews

We work closely with the client to manage the interview process. This includes candidate preparation, coordinating interviews and taking interview feedback.

We remain involved throughout in order to move successful candidates forward through the hiring pipeline and provide constructive feedback to unsuccessful candidates.

5. Offer & Onboarding

When you’re ready to make an offer we liaise with both parties to ensure a fair offer that both are happy with. We remain on-hand to address any questions or concerns either side has to provide a smooth process for all involved.

Once an offer has been accepted and a start date set we remain in contact with both sides to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
