What is subscription-based recruitment with fixed price Search Credits?

Our subscription-based recruitment service offers a unique approach to hiring by providing a pool of fixed price Search Credits. Instead of charging fees based on a percentage of the candidate’s salary, you purchase a subscription that grants you a specific number of Search Credits.

How do Search Credits work?

When you subscribe to our service, you’ll receive a certain number of Search Credits based on your chosen subscription plan. You can have as many active searches as you like, when we make a placement we deduct a Search Credit from your balance. If you use up all of your credits you can purchase more on an as needed basis.

What are the benefits of using fixed price Search Credits over percentage-based fees?

Fixed price search credits offer greater cost predictability and transparency. Unlike percentage-based fees, which can fluctuate based on candidate salaries, the fixed price credits allow you to budget and plan your hiring expenses effectively.

Can we start a search if we’re not quite ready to hire?

Absolutely! We’re all about being proactive. You can start a search without commitment to making a hire and no penalty if you don’t. For example, you may need a Project Manager if you win “project X”. We can start the search and engage candidates ready to hire quickly if the project comes in. If you don’t win the project or you find someone internally we simply cancel the search. No penalty and no commitment to hire.

Can I stop a search once started and is there any penalty for not making a hire once I start a search?

Yes, you can stop a search at anytime. Our service is all about maximum flexibility for you. Whether you fill the role internally, through another recruiter or just no longer need to make the hire, you can stop the search at any time without penalty.

Do we have to use Sevana exclusively?

Not at all. We’re here to help you find the best people for your business, not to impose onerous conditions. You’re free to work with other recruitment agencies and most of our clients have internal talent acquisition teams that we work closely with.

Can I change my subscription plan?

Yes, if you regularly go over your allowance of Search Credits you can upgrade to get a higher number of base level Search Credits per month. This comes with a discount, the more Search Credits you have per month the cheaper it is per Search Credit. If you need to put your hiring on hold for an extended period of time you can pause your subscription. You can discuss this with your dedicated Account Manager.

What happens if I don't use all my Search Credits within a certain period?

Unused credits roll over and have no expiration date. You can continue to use them as long as you have an active subscription. We want you to get the most out of your subscription, so there’s no pressure to use the credits within a specific timeframe.

Is there a refund policy for unused Search Credits?

We do not provide refunds for unused search credits. However, you can continue using them as long as your subscription remains active.

How can I track my Search Credit usage and hiring activity?

You’ll have access to a user-friendly dashboard that allows you to monitor your search credit balance, hiring activity, and other relevant metrics. This dashboard will provide a real time overview of all hiring activity.

Is there customer support available if I encounter any issues?

Yes, you will have a dedicated account manager available to assist you with any questions, concerns, or technical issues. You can reach out to them through the platform or via email and phone during our business hours.
